NovaStar JT50 Plus Overview
The NovaStar JT50 Plus is an asynchronous LED multimedia player for traffic and public information displays. It combines media playback and LED data output in one device, with a loading capacity of up to 650,000 pixels.
Designed for highways, urban roads and parking facilities, the JT50 Plus fits tollbooth information screens, traffic guidance signs and passenger information system displays. Terminal authentication and playback verification help protect published content.

Playback and Control
- USB firmware upgrade: Update device firmware with a USB flash drive through the USB 2.0 Type-A port.
- Direct computer connection: Use USB Type-B for program publishing and display control.
- Local or public network publishing: Connect the 100 Mbps control port directly to a computer, LAN or public network.
- LED and audio output: Send LED data through the Gigabit Ethernet output and stereo audio at a fixed 48 kHz sampling rate.
- Sensor support: Connect brightness, temperature, or humidity sensors through the two RS485 interfaces.
WiFi, 4G and Time Synchronization
The JT50 Plus supports WiFi AP mode and WiFi AP + Station mode. A phone or computer can connect to the player’s built-in hotspot, while AP + Station mode lets the unit connect to WiFi and provide a hotspot at the same time.
