Warranty
New parts are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Accessories and cables are covered for 90 days.
Dead on arrival
If an item arrives damaged or dead on arrival, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping.
Returns
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is paid by the buyer. To start a return, send your order number and the reason through the Contact page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Used or installed items, and items damaged by incorrect wiring or overvoltage, are not eligible for return.
